How Well Do You Know Arsenal FC?

  • Nketiah (17’minutes, 49’minutes, 57’minutes),
  • Pépé (27’minutes)
  • Patino(90’minutes)

First Half

Arsenal have chosen the match to allow some match time to fringe players such as Pepe. However, the Gunners fielded a strong case the match turns South.

In his 100th match for Arsenal, Pepe added a 2nd following Nketiah’s bundled opener. Despite, this Sunderland refused to lie down, and pulled one back through Broadhead, before continuing to threaten right up to the break.

It will be interesting to see how much emphasis Arteta puts on this match during the 2nd half, and whether there will be more first team regulars should Sunderland look close to overpowering the Gunners.
