This is part of a regular series from our panel of Super Fans on upcoming West Ham games. Ahead of Saturday’s game at Molineux, we caught up with award-winning Wolves fan channel @wolvesfancast.

West Ham face a tough trip to the West Midlands on Saturday afternoon as they take on an in-form Wolves side at Molineux.

Bruno Lage’s outfit lost 2-0 at Crystal Palace last time out, but they had enjoyed a five-game unbeaten streak before that, winning four of them.

That’s despite a tough start to life after Nuno Espirito Santo as Lage lost his first three Premier League games of the season.

West Ham, though, are in fine form themselves, with their 3-2 win over Liverpool before the international break seeing them leapfrog the Reds into third place.

They should also be buoyed by their recent record against Wolves – the Irons won both games last season at an aggregate of 7-2.

Ahead of Saturday, West Ham Zone spoke to award-winning Wolves fan channel @wolvesfancast to gauge the mood at Molineux.

What have you made of West Ham this season? Have Wolves learned some lessons from last season?

West Ham have been a jealous joy to watch the past 18 months as they attempt to upset the apple cart, just like we attempted before COVID turned up. Everyone seems to know their roles like the back of their own hands and Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek are easily one of the strongest central midfield partnerships in the league.

Who could pose the biggest threat to Wolves this weekend?

Jarrod Bowen is obviously the dangerman having scored in both games last season. I jinxed myself on our show this week saying I wasn’t afraid of Michail Antonio, he hasn’t scored in the league since August, and in 10 games against Wolves, he only has one assist with no goals.

Will Adama Traore start against the Irons?

The Adama conundrum, will he play or won’t he…a sensible man would have him up against Aaron Cresswell seven days a week and twice on a Saturday, but Lage appears to like a front three who can be a bit more intricate playing narrow.

It should be a good game for the neutral with our Premier League head-to-head being tight. Wolves appear to be the underdogs but with a home crowd backing them.

In other West Ham news, this Bundesliga star hailed as ‘one of the best” is open to an Irons move after talks.
