West Ham have secured a massive win in their London derby against Chelsea on Saturday at the London Stadium.
The Hammers came from behind to secure a 3-2 win, with goals coming from Manuel Lanzini, Jarrod Bowen and Arthur Masuaku.
Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to deliver a brilliant reaction after the final whistle.
The popular football pundit wrote on Twitter: ” Well, West Ham ain’t messing about.”
Spot on Gary.
This is a monumental victory for the Hammers in the context of the Premier League top-four race.
The victory will surely give them the belief that they can now go on till the end and consolidate their fourth position.
The Hammers have now beaten the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man United, Tottenham and Leicester this season in various competitions.
It only reflects how good David Moyes’s side have been. It was only Chelsea’s second defeat of the season.
After failing to win in their last three Premier League games, West Ham showed terrific mentality to come from behind and secure all three points.
The half-time tactics have worked for Moyes. Michail Antonio and Bowen have wreaked havoc, with the Jamaican impressing heavily with his work rate.
Bowen was magnificent as well. The second goal was top-quality and he should have scored another one, but it went narrowly wide of the mark.
