West Ham earned a 0-0 draw against Burnley in the Premier League at Turf Moor on Sunday.

Football London journalist Tom Clark has shared on Twitter that the Hammers duo – Declan Rice and Vladimir Coufal – were seen giving their shirts away to fans at the away end.

Rice has been outstanding during the game and produced yet another fantastic performance.

The England international has been phenomenal this season but what has been really pleasing is his personal growth. He has matured as a player and as a person.

As he seems to do every week now Rice makes a young fans day by handing her his shirt after the final whistle, Vladimir Coufal does the same for a boy in the crowd #WHUFC

The 22-year-old is an inspiration for every young player in the country.

The way he carries himself, both on and off the pitch, is remarkable.

He gives everything on the pitch, and then after the final whistle, irrespective of the result, he tries his best to make the fans happy.

Fans are spending money to watch the team in action, and he probably feels that they should be respected.

Winning and losing is part of the game, but the affection of the fans, the bonding with them, stays on with the player.

Back to football, it wasn’t a bad point but the expectations are now so high from West Ham that you’d expect them to pick up wins away from home from these types of games.

Once again it’s the lack of finishing that has hurt the team, and that is something David Moyes must look to solve in the coming weeks.

In other West Ham news, the club have made contact to sign an int’l striker & a £17m January move is now on the cards
