Video: Moyes left in shame after red card disgrace

David Moyes has carried out miracles at instances this season however tonight, the strain bought to him, and the Hammers boss disgraced himself.

In a Europa League semi-final second leg, stress is all the time going to be palpable; the ambiance is all the time going to be so thick you might lower it with a knife.

Much more so when your group are 1-0 down on the night time, with 10 males, and want two targets to even drive further time.

However there’s completely no excuse for the type of behaviour exhibited by Moyes on the touchline within the ultimate quarter-hour of the sport.

The ball woman on the touchline was gradual to return the ball to the pitch, and the Scot was visibly exasperated by the delay, maybe feeling that point losing was happening.

The ball then seemed to be thrown in direction of Moyes, and he volleyed it straight again on the woman. The referee, for the second time, brandished a red card.

It’s disgraceful from the manager, and we have been happy to listen to him to apologise.

The strain was on this night, and clearly Moyes has let it get to him. The Hammers have crashed out and Moyes, with this outburst, has let himself down.
