West Ham make first offer of £12.5million for Clermont  striker Mohamed Bayo, according to Le 10 Sport’s Alexis Bernard.

Despite the enticing offer, the French outfit see his value at nearer €20million. Thus, there is still some work to do before this one gets over the line. However, the signs are more promising than a deal for Hugo Ekitike.

Bayo, has a good record which should give Hammers fans some confidence, this includes:

The signs are good, and Moyes needs to press the activate button if West Ham are to continue their top four challenge…decisive action is needed!
